Coach Reimer has been coaching youth sports for close to 20 years. He has been with the Irmo Softball program for the last six years. He served as the varsity assistant under Head Coach Jason Huffman for four year. During his time as an assistant, Irmo varsity made the playoffs four years in a row and had multiple players commit to D1 and D2 programs.
During the summers he coaches junior and senior league teams attempting to make it to the World Series. Since 2022 he has coached on ESPN at four different World Series. Over the course of his 10 year coaching career, he has accumulated over 1000 innings and over 300 wins.
He enjoys spending his free time with his wife Melissa and two children Makenna, an Irmo class of 2026 graduate and Cameron who attends Irmo Middle.
